Marty Mewborne, aka “The Weld Wizard” had a nearly 28-year career at Amada Weld Tech, Inc. He held various positions, including Applications Engineer, Product Engineer, Applications Lab Manager, and Sales Engineering Manager. His creative, analytical approach to problem-solving has served him well throughout the years.
Focusing his efforts primarily in the areas of fine spot resistance welding and reflow soldering, he can develop solutions to the most difficult microjoining challenges for his customers. He is well respected in the industry as a gifted speaker and trainer.
People appreciate his ability to take highly complex technical subjects and explain them in the simplest terms.
Marty founded INDIGO micro, Inc. with the following mission, to which he is fully dedicated: “To improve productivity, increase knowledge, and solve difficult microjoining challenges for our customers.”
